Lahey Clinic Medical Center, North Shore, in Peabody, Mass., is a full-service hospital featuring a 24-hour Emergency Medicine Department and an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Opened in 1994, more than 1,000 patients and visitors travel through Lahey Clinic Medical Center, North Shore, each day.
Our patients have access to a full range of emergency ambulatory care and clinical service. There is a 10-bed inpatient care unit and various ancillary services, including on-site Pharmacy, Laboratory Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Anesthesiology and Radiology.
At Lahey, our medical staff is committed not only to exceptional patient care, but also to advancing medicine through innovative research and education. As a research center, Lahey Clinic offers patients access to clinical trials of new therapies for diseases such as diabetes, prostate cancer and heart disease.
In 2007, Lahey Clinic broke ground on a 65,000 square foot addition, which will add space for new services, including a Spine Center, Pain Center and Sleep Disorders Center, along with expanded space for other specialty care centers, the Emergency Department and primary care.
