- Chest CT screening scan (consider low-dose screening for patients over 40 years of age with a smoking history)
- Timed vital capacity (smokers only)
- Colon Testing
- Colonoscopy (routine screening every 5 to 10 years starting at age 50; sooner if positive family history)
- Hearing Test (over 40 years of age)
- Specific Tests for Women:
- Papanicolaou smear (Pap test)
- Mammography (yearly starting at age 40)
- Bone densitometry (baseline, post-menopausal)

Results Visit
Following the physical exam and all related testing, the patient returns to the physician's office to review available test results and get the physician's recommendations for next steps. In addition, a summary letter with complete test results is mailed to the patient within two weeks of the examination.
