    A Randomized Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group, Phase 2 Study of Aerosolized Amikacin and Fosfomycin Delivered via the Investigational eFlow® Inline System in Mechanically Ventilated Patients with Gram-Negative Bacterial Pneumonia (IASIS) [LCID Study Number: 2014-031] The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness, safety and side effects of an investigational new drug delivery system, Amikacin Fosfomycin Inhalation System (AFIS), for patients with a specific type of bacterial pneumonia.
