    A long-term follow-up study of the patients who underwent bilateral stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus (STN), using the Libra™/Libra™XP Deep Brain Stimulation System as an adjunctive treatment for reducing some of the symptoms of advanced, Levodopa-Responsive Parkinson's disease that are not adequately controlled with medication. This study will gather data for the long term safety of the St. Jude Medical Deep Brain Stimulation system in those with Parkinson’s Disease.  Principal Investigator(s):

    A Prospective, Multi-Center Trial Of NovoTTF-100A together with Temozolomide compared to Temozolomide alone in patients with newly diagnosed GBM This study will compare the results of treatment using standard maintenance Temozolomide with a new experimental device, the NovoTTF100A versus maintenance Temozolomide, alone following surgery and radiation therapy with adjuvant Temozolomide.     NEUROsurgery Patient Outcomes IN Treating Spinal Disorders (NEUROPOINT-SD) This study involves using validated outcome questionnaires to determine the clinical effectiveness of both lumbar discectomy for treating herniated disc and lumbar spinal fusion for treating grade I isthmic or degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.
