Zoher Ghogawala, MD, has been awarded an NIH R13 Meeting Planning grant and a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) grant to develop and execute a national multi-center randomized clinical trial that will compare three different established surgical strategies for treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy. PCORI has been authorized by the United States Congress to provide information about the best available evidence to help patients and their health care providers make more informed decisions.
