How to Apply - Internal Medicine Residency

We believe you will find Lahey Clinic Medical Center the ideal place to train, and we invite you to apply.  Lahey utilizes only the ERAS System for application purposes.  Applications submitted in other ways will not be reviewed.

We welcome applicants from US allopathic and osteopathic school as well as US citizens and foreign nationals from international medical schools.  Our goal is to attract bright, hard-working applicants who want to train in a tertiary care medical center that values quality patient care and collegiality.

Please complete your application in ERAS.

International Medical Graduate Applications

You must apply through ERAS and have first time passing scores from USMLE Steps 1, 2 (both components) and 3 (if taken).  Competitive applicants will have minimum scores above 200 on USMLE exams.   Your three letters of recommendation must come from US clinical rotations.  Strong preference is given to applicants who have secured hands-on clinical experiences in the US health system rather than observerships.  We sponsor J1 visas only, and our application deadline is December 1.
