Application Requirements

All applicants must graduate from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and be eligible for Massachusetts licensure. Applicants must participate in the national Matching Services Match Program and be available to attend an on-site interview, if invited. The following must be uploaded into PhORCAS by the application deadline:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation PLUS the Standard Reference Template form in PhORCAS (preferably at least one letter along with the Standard Reference Template from a direct patient care rotation preceptor)
  • Official College of Pharmacy transcript (min. GPA 3.0)
