The didactic teaching program consists of a weekly Grand Rounds, with conferences provided by both staff and residents. The cornerstone of the curriculum is a rotating 12-month anatomy lecture series, covering in depth an anatomic zone each month, dovetailed with clinical and research topics oriented toward the same anatomic region. This provides a foundation in anatomy, which serves as a framework to discuss related surgical topics. Clinical lectures are varied yearly to cover a broad spectrum of topics over two years.
In addition to core curriculum, additional conferences are provided monthly, including:
- Combined Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery Hand Conference
- Indications Conference
- Journal Club
- Cadaver Lab
- Core Curriculum Topic Series
