Axillary Arterial Catheter in Critical Care Patients, Safety and Reliability [LCID Study Number: 2014-011] The study will collect data on patients in intensive care who have their blood pressure monitored by a catheter placed in an artery. The study will compare different sites of catheter placements to see if one site is better than another (wrist artery, artery in the upper arm, or artery in the groin) in providing the reliable blood pressure measurements to guide treatment of critically ill patients and comparing safety of each approach.
