    A Long-Term Follow-Up Study Of The Patients Who Underwent Bilateral Stimulation Of The Subthalamic Nucleus (STN) Using The Libra™/Libra™XP Deep Brain Stimulation System As An Adjunctive Treatment For Reducing Some Of The Symptoms Of Advanced, Levodopa-Responsive Parkinson's Disease That Are Not Adequately Controlled With Medication [LCID Study Number: 2010-026] This study will gather data for the long term safety of the St. Jude Medical Deep Brain Stimulation system in those with Parkinson’s Disease.     Effects of Subthalamic Nucleus Stimulation on Striatal Dopaminergic Transmission in Patients with Parkinsons Disease [LCID Study Number: 2012-070] Purpose: The effectiveness of DaTscan™ for monitoring disease progression or response to therapy, such as DBS, has not yet been established. We want to look at this dopamine activity with DaTscan before and after your DBS surgery to see if, what, changes occur in the brain.
