Lahey has redesigned its job posting site and online job application to make it easier for applicants to apply for positions at Lahey.
Applicants now have a clearer, more defined way to enter specific job criteria and search Lahey’s current openings to find the most suitable position. A "Search Help" guide has been added to assist the applicant with custom search criteria.
Once an applicant has selected the jobs for which he or she wished to apply, the online job application must be completed. For new applicants, Lahey has added a "Guide for First Time Visitors" to assist with the online application process. Returning applicants have the ability to update their contact information or resubmit a new online application, if their data has changed since their last submission.
To help save time, applicants are given the option to paste their resume directly into the online application. Instructions for the online application have been simplified to make it as straightforward as possible for applicants to enter their information.
There are 11 sections to the online application. When complete, the applicant will receive a confirmation number letting him or her know that Lahey has successfully received their application.
Instead of completing the standard online application discussed above, existing Lahey colleagues who wish to apply for jobs as an internal candidate will be directed to the eCafé. The eCafé application not only allows Lahey colleagues to apply for jobs, but also to access the intranet, e-mail accounts, and personal and benefits information.
