Lahey Hospital & Medical Center's Alumni Association members consist of physicians who have satisfactorily served a minimum of three month's training at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, either as residents/fellows in clinical medicine or research, or physicians who have or are presently serving on the medical staff at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Membership is currently 2,600, including members from throughout the United States and 119 other countries.
