who give their time and energy to Lahey Clinic. Benefits offered to volunteers include:
- Eligibility for one complimentary meal (limit $4.25) in the Lahey cafeteria before or after each four-hour shift worked.
- Free flu vaccine annually.
- Gas mileage deduction of $.12 per mile traveled, both to and from volunteer position.
- Access to all offerings sponsored by the Planned Lahey Activities for You (PLAY) Committee, including corporate health club membership
rates and discounted tickets for movies and special events.
- Ability to attend all organizational development and training programs on a space available basis.
- Honor and recognition during National Volunteer Week each year.
