Health insurance affiliations may change. Please note: If your plan is not listed, you may still be able to receive care at Lahey by obtaining a qualified referral from your primary care physician.
Some Lahey sites do not accept every product from the health plans listed below. In addition, some health insurance plans use a separate company to manage their mental health benefits. Please check with your health plan to confirm participation.
