eCafé
The eCafé, which is available on the World Wide Web, provides Lahey colleagues with remote access to e-mail (WebMail), the intranet (MassNet), and personal and benefits information (Colleague Connection). Colleagues can now access any of these services in the convenience of their own homes, using assigned IDs and passwords.

Colleague Connection
Currently, Colleague Connection is the online application that allows Lahey colleagues to update their personal information and access a variety of tools such as Employee and Manager Self Service. This service is available from your home or office seven days a week, 24 hours per day.
MassNet
MassNet is Lahey's internal Web site, or intranet site, available only inside the Lahey network. By logging onto eCafé, you are able to get onto the Lahey network and access everything from the Colleague Connection and HR Center to Spectrum and the Phone & Paging Directory.
WebMail
Microsoft Outlook Web Access, or WebMail as it is known at Lahey, provides limited access to your mailbox from any computer via a Web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer). WebMail allows you to send and read messages and access your calendar, contacts and tasks. It also allows you to send and receive many, but not all, types of attachments.
