The extensive services offered at Lahey's Breast Center are valuable tools for the accurate diagnosis and expert treatment of benign (noncancerous) breast conditions and breast cancer - a disease that affects more than 200,000 women each year. With your breast health in mind, we provide the latest in mammography and minimally invasive biopsies, comprehensive treatments for breast cancer and benign breast conditions, genetic counseling and testing services, and risk assessment. Ongoing research means we are always looking for ways to enhance breast health and improve quality of life for our patients.

The Breast Center's dedicated team of board-certified surgeons, nurse practitioners and a genetic counselor are expertly trained in breast health. We work closely with Lahey's Diagnostic Radiology/Breast Imaging Department. Our team extends to include Social Services, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Lymphedema Clinic.

We will work with you to maintain your breast health through expert breast examination, diagnostic screening, treatment, education, support and follow-up.
