The Liver Center provides state-of-the-art care for the diagnosis and management of the diverse array of liver conditions, ranging from the asymptomatic patient with abnormal liver function tests to pre-transplant evaluations and post-transplant immunosuppressive management. Novel therapies for the treatment of chronic hepatitis and liver failure, as well as the complications of cirrhosis and portal hypertension, are presented to patients via multicenter clinical research protocols.
