Special Services
- Laparoscopic and robotic surgery including: radical prostatectomy,
adrenalectomy, nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, retroperitoneal lymph node dissection, cystectomy, and urinary diversion
- Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL): uses ultrasonic waves traveling through water to dissolve kidney stones
- Kidney stone surgery, both percutaneous nephrostolithotomy (minimally invasive) and conventional (more invasive; requiring a larger incision)
- Surgery for urologic malignancies
- YAG laser therapy for superficial and deep-seated bladder cancers
- Alternatives to prostatectomy, including: brachytherapy (radioactive seed implants), high dose radiation (HDR), external beam radiation therapy (EBRT), and medical management
