The Hospital Statement represents services provided by the Lahey Clinic Hospital. These services include laboratory, radiology and testing services (referred to as ancillary services), outpatient nursing and medical technician services, inpatient room and board, and other services provided by the hospital.
It is important to note that when you see your Lahey Clinic doctor in our Burlington or Peabody hospital, you are being treated in an outpatient hospital setting and will incur hospital charges.
Questions regarding your hospital bill should be directed to our Hospital Patient Accounts Customer Service Department by calling 781-744-5800. Please be prepared to provide us with your account number, normally preceded with the letter "F."
