A gift to the Lahey Fund is simply a gift to Lahey, with no donor restrictions on how it is to be used. However, the gift can be directed to a particular medical specialty (i.e. cardiovascular care, surgical care, cancer care, etc.) and still be considered unrestricted. Unrestricted gifts support Lahey by allowing the Clinic flexibility in determining how best to use the funds.
