Professional Development
Lahey has developed programs to promote working in the health care profession. As a Lahey nurse, you will have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs that enhance your skill sets and provide exposure to cutting-edge techniques, methodology and research. In addition, Lahey offers unique programs—such as the Nurse Re-Entry Program - that position Lahey as one of the most desirable Massachusetts hospitals for which to work.
Lahey's commitment to attracting people to the nursing profession is so well known that the Clinic has been selected as one of only five sites for the "Nursing Career Ladders Initiative," sponsored by the Boston Private Industry Council.
