Tribute Gifts
Tribute gifts support the mission of the Clinic and serve as a gesture of congratulations or support to a family member, friend, or Lahey caregiver. There are two types of tribute giving, honor gifts and memorial gifts. When you make a tribute gift to Lahey Clinic, the person you designate is immediately sent a letter acknowledging your gift in his or her name. The amount of your gift is shown only on the receipt mailed back to you.
In Honor of Gifts
This gift provides a meaningful, living tribute to a family member, friend, or Lahey caregiver by honoring a special occasion or expressing appreciation. You may make a gift in honor of a special family occasion or simply to celebrate the good health of a loved one. Lahey also has a special program, Champions of Care, designed to help you honor your Lahey caregiver who has gone above and beyond.
In Memory of Gifts
A memorial is a personal remembrance that honors the life of a relative, friend, or colleague with a gift of love and hope.
