Anyone who is trying to quit tobacco may benefit from using a medication. Medications can double your chances of quitting. Your chances of quitting are even better when you combine medications with counseling.

Consider dropping in to attend one of our free workshops to share and receive support on your journey to live tobacco free. Our tobacco free workshops are offered on the second Wednesday of every month from 6-7pm at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington in the lobby conference room on the 4th floor. Pre-registration is not required, please drop-in if you are interested.
