Treatments for Hypothyroidism

The goal of treatment is maintain a normal level of thyroid hormone in the body. This is done by taking a thyroid hormone replacement pill.

Treatment includes:

Lifestyle changes Medications

Surgery cannot treat hypothyroidism.
