Therapy may help to manage stress. There are many types of therapy. Talk with a therapist to find out which one may work for you. Some types are:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT will help you look at thought patterns. It can help you learn to interpret them in a different way and learn better coping skills.
Group Support
There are many types of group therapy. Groups may be led by a private therapist.
Family Therapy
Family habits and attitudes often play a role in stress. This type of therapy helps family members understand the disorder and support their loved one.
