Parkinson disease symptoms are mild when they start, but get worse over time. Common symptoms may be:

  • Tremors, slow movements, or stiffness
  • Problems standing and walking
  • Problems with handwriting or doing daily tasks like dressing
  • Pain
  • Sleep problems and fatigue
  • Mood changes or changes in thinking
  • Seeing or hearing things that are not real
  • Problems passing stool (pooping) or urine (peeing)
  • Erectile dysfunction
