Our Lahey Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) is just one of the ways we have made the patient experience faster and easier. PACS lets us capture and store your X-ray images electronically so they can easily be shared with other Lahey specialists. It also gives you and your care team access to your images fast, without having to wait long.

Obtaining Your Imaging Test Results
You may call, mail, fax or email your request to the Image Management Center.
- Call the Image Management Center at 781-744-3208 to make arrangements for pick up
- For mailing requests, download the authorization release form and mail it to: Lahey Clinic Radiology Image Management Center, 41 Mall Road Burlington, MA 01805
- Fax the authorization release form or a letter of authorization to: 781-744-5363
- Email us the authorization release form or a letter or authorization
Images that are not picked up in person will be sent via mail and in some cases, FedEx. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
When sending a letter of authorization, please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Date and description of the studies needed
- Name and address of the physician or facility the images should be sent
- Signature of patient
Where to Pick Up
Imaging test results are available for pick up at 29 Mall Road, Burlington, MA on the first floor at the main Health Information Management desk.
If you have not already completed an authorization form, one will be provided for you fill out and sign. This form gives Lahey permission to release your images.
What to Bring for Pickup
A photo ID like a driver’s license, passport or other state or federal-issued ID.
If someone other than the patient is picking up their images, that person must have written authorization with the patient’s signature. Please include the name of that person in your authorization form or letter.
There is no charge for the CD of your images.
Hours of Operation
The Image Management Center at 29 Mall Road, Burlington, MA, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Arrangements can be made in advance for Saturday or Sunday pickup between the hours of 8:00 am – 12:00 pm by calling 781-744-3208.
