    Botox® injections

Cosmetic dermatologists Mollie MacCormack, MD, and Emily J. Fisher, MD, have expertise in a wide array of skin rejuvenation techniques.Botox is a successful way to treat frown lines, crows feet and forehead lines without surgical intervention. Injecting Botox into specific muscle groups that cause wrinkles inhibits the muscles from working, leaving the skin smooth and youthful. Furthermore, by suppressing the muscles, fewer new wrinkles are formed. This is a safe procedure with no recovery time. Results take three days to take effect and typically last four to six months.

    Injectable fillers (e.g. collagen, Juvéderm™, Radiesse®, Restylane®, Sculptra®)

Fillers are a very popular and widely accepted therapy used to correct deep lines in the face. They serve as a camouflage and are useful for patients who have deep folds or lines, but who do not want to undergo facelift surgery. For these patients, various fillers can be injected underneath the skin to "plump up" deep lines. Lines typically treated with fillers include those along the nasolabial fold lines, which run from the corner of the nose down to the corner of the mouth; and the marionette lines, which run from the corner of the mouth down to the chin. Fillers can also be used to give the lips a fuller, more youthful contour.

Traditionally, collagen was the most widely used filler, but there are now a number of other highly effective fillers available. One group of fillers, composed of hyaluronic acid, include Restylane® and Hylaform, and last about six to nine months. Another group that includes fillers made of synthetic compounds such as Radiesse®, Sculptra® and Juvéderm™ last somewhat longer-approximately one year.

    Voluma:

Juvederm Voluma XC is filler that contains a modified hyaluronic acid derived from a naturally occurring complex sugar. It works instantly to add volume and subtly lift the cheek area and helps restore contour. It can last up to 2 years.

    CoolSculpting:

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical contouring treatment that freezes stubborn fat, which then is naturally eliminated from the body. There are no needles, no surgery and no downtime. This technology safely delivers precisely controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin, leaving the skin itself unaffected. The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), then die.

Over time, the body naturally eliminates the fat cells, leaving a more sculpted look. Most patients can return to their normal activities immediately. Changes may be seen as early as three weeks after your treatment with the most dramatic results after one to three months. During your consultation, the physician will develop a customized treatment plan to address your specific areas of concern. This comprehensive approach may involve multiple treatments or visits and is designed to optimize your results.

    Belotero®

Belotero® is a dermal filler that is designed to integrate into the skin and mold to distinct facial contours. It softens lines and wrinkles around the nose and mouth for smooth, even and natural results.

    Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a procedure that treats leg veins by injecting a solution into the affected vessels. Sclerotherapy is a safe and effective treatment option for patients who qualify. This procedure cannot treat varicose veins. A consultation prior to sclerotherapy is necessary to determine if it is the most appropriate option for you.

    Ultherapy®

Ultherapy® is a non-invasive ultrasound procedure that stimulates the collagen and elastin within the skin. It lifts and tightens the skin and treats the same deep tissue planes as a modern facelift - non-surgically, with no downtime. It is safe for all skin colors and is a great option for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity. It is FDA approved and is effective on the brow, neck and under the chin. Ultherapy is the next evolution in aesthetic treatments for the face and neck. Please call 877-867-0707 for more information or to make an appointment
