The Executive Health Program includes a one-day comprehensive medical

stress testing, stress echocardiogram, carotid ultrasound, and cardiac imaging is available. Components of the comprehensive evaluation may include but are not limited to the following:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Audiogram
- Bone density scan
- Breast mammography
- Breast MRI

- Cardiac scoring CT scan
- Carotid artery ultrasound
- Chest CT scan (screening for smokers)
- Chest X-ray
- Colonoscopy (colon cancer screening test)
- Comprehensive eye exam
- Coronary CT angiogram

- Exercise tolerance tests
- Full body CT scan
- Health screening profile: laboratory tests encompassing chemistry; hematology; thyroid, liver and lipid profile; high sensitivity CRP; prostate specific antigen (PSA); and vitamin D level

Please inform the coordinator if you have any special needs or a special medical problem so your appointments can be scheduled with physicians who have a special interest and expertise in that area. The program's health ambassador is available to escort you throughout your day to ensure prompt attention at each specialty.
Some tests are based on gender and family history; others may be added at the discretion of the physician or at the request of the executive. For example, Lahey offers male patients prostate specific antigen (PSA) screening and provides female patients with services including PAP smear (Thin-Prep), mammography, and bone density scan.
To ensure the highest level of quality control and to streamline the executive visit, virtually all lab tests are processed on-site at Lahey. In most instances, test results are available within 24 hours. Test results from the Executive Health evaluation can be sent to any physician involved in the member’s care upon request.
