• Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic

    The Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic is located in the department of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington. The clinic is a multidisciplinary referral center for the comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with all forms of pulmonary hypertension.

    Patients with pulmonary hypertension undergo extensive diagnostic testing in the state-of-the-art-facility and are cared for by an expert team that comprises of pulmonary and critical care physicians, interventional cardiologists, a clinical nurse specialist and pharmacist. There is also a frequent involvement of physicians from other specialties and subspecialties, such as Cardiology, Rheumatology, and Hepatology. Both outpatient and inpatient management involves close clinical follow-up. Patients also have access to participate in clinical trials.

    The Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic is committed to providing excellent patient care to alleviate symptoms, enhance quality of life and improve survival of patients with pulmonary hypertension.
