Tarun Kewalramani, MD, named director of hematologic malignancies

Burlington, MA—Tarun Kewalramani, MD, has been named director of hematologic malignancies at Lahey Clinic. He is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma, as well as coordinating all research activities related to hematologic cancers.

Prior to joining Lahey Clinic, Dr. Kewalramani was an assistant attending physician at Memorial Hospital for Cancer and Allied Diseases and assistant professor, Department of Medicine, Cornell University, New York, NY.

A graduate from Northwestern University School of Medicine, Dr. Kewalramani completed a residency in internal medicine at Boston Medical Center and a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and lives in Lexington.
