The Lahey Health Cancer Institute (LHCI) has pioneered treatments for genitourinary cancer, which includes prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, testicular cancer, and adrenal cancer. We offer every available diagnostic and treatment option, and we tailor our care depending upon your personal diagnosis and circumstances.
LHCI is committed to bringing our premier services and renowned expertise right to your community. Because dealing with cancer is hard enough without having to travel far for treatment.
Innovative therapies for superficial bladder cancer, bladder reconstruction, low-dose rate and high-dose rate brachytherapy (radioactive seed implantation) for prostate cancer, and an active research agenda are hallmarks of genitourinary cancer care at Lahey Health.
Our prostate cancer specialists are recognized leaders in developing open and minimally invasive treatments for prostate cancer, dramatically improving the quality of life for those who undergo treatment for the disease.
Our experienced, professional, highly trained, and caring providers are here for you, working as a team to beat your cancer.
Cancer survivors have unique services provided to them in the multidisciplinary survivorship clinic. This visit provides the survivors and families with crucial information about wellness, supportive services, and latest health-related research related to cancer survivorship and prevention of second or recurrent cancers.
In addition to an oncologist, your team includes registered dietician, behavioral oncologist, physical therapist, and nurse navigator. The team provides dedicated services to ensure healthy coping, timely intervention for treatment-related side effects, and risk reduction for cancer recurrence.
You can call the clinic for an appointment at 781-744-9777, or your healthcare provider can make a referral.
