Before Your Visit

Before you make a trip to Lahey, there are a few steps you should take to ensure you receive the right care. Understand the difference between primary care, urgent care or emergency care (and which one is right for you), and know what to expect before your appointment so you know how to plan.

Billing & Insurance

Our financial services team will help you with a variety of billing and insurance issues, including making payments, accessing financial assistance, viewing billing policies and answering insurance-related questions.

Amenities at Lahey

When you visit one of our facilities, we want you and your loved ones to have as comfortable a stay as possible. Directions, Parking and Valet

Patients at Lahey Clinic – Burlington can leave their car in the parking garage for a nominal fee. Valet services are also available at some of our locations at a flat rate.

Lahey Clinic – Peabody offers free, convenient parking for all patients and visitors. Many of our off-site locations also have free parking.

Free Parking for Seniors

Seniors often face additional challenges when visiting our facilities. To help offset some of the costs of obtaining care, Burlington residents aged 60 and older can park for free at our 41 Mall Road and 31 Mall Road locations. Parking is also free for seniors at our 29 Mall Road and 67 South Bedford Street locations.

Seniors will be required to show proof of their medical appointment, residency and age to verify eligibility.

Medical Records and Advance Directives

As a patient at Lahey, you are free to request copies of your medical records at any time. Visit our Medical Records page to learn how to submit a request.

MyBILH Chart Patient Portal
