Strengthening Balance and Boosting Independence

A Matter of Balance is a free virtual program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults who have concerns about falls. The program includes eight two-hour sessions, featuring gentle exercises and opportunities to share problem-solving strategies to reduce fall risks. Sessions address key fall-risk factors and help increase awareness of ways to avoid falls.
