Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy Surgical Trial (CSM-S Trial)

The purpose of the study is to assess quality of life outcomes of surgery for patients who have spinal cord problems (myelopathy) caused by pressure (compression) from arthritic changes in your neck’s spinal column.
