Utilizing Chest CT Lung Cancer Screening (CTLS) in Conjunction with Spirometry Measurement and Questionnaire to Identify Patients with Undiagnosed COPD

The purpose of this study is to identify the percentage of unrecognized high-risk COPD patients referred to LHMC Chest CT Lung Cancer Screening (CTLS) using a questionnaire (CAPTURE) and portable spirometer.
