Hours of Operation
The hours of operation for the program are:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
After a heart attack or other heart problem, many people need cardiovascular rehabilitation. The Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program at the Family Medical Center, a member of Lahey Health, can help improve your heart health and get you back to the activities and lifestyle you enjoy – with confidence and security.
Our Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program- gives you more than just a place to exercise. Our trained staff monitors your vital signs to help you make safe, steady progress and shows you how to lower your risk of future cardiovascular events.
Our program will help you achieve a healthy level of cardiac fitness following bypass surgery, cardiac catheterization with angioplasty, stent placement and heart attack. Conditions such as CHF, and stable angina may also be addressed.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation
If you are experiencing breathing problems, the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Winchester Hospital, a member of Lahey Health, can help. Our program offers rehabilitation care for patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer and more.
During your participation in our program, you will be closely supervised by our qualified staff including a respiratory therapist, a registered nurse and an exercise physiologist, with oversight from a medical director. We will give you personal exercise guidelines and monitor your oxygen saturation levels and heart rate as you exercise.
Our focus is on providing a safe level of exercise along with education and support to achieve your highest level of fitness and quality of life.
