The American Diabetes Association certifies our diabetes education program which means we meet national standards for excellence in education.

Diabetes Self-Management Education Program

There’s a lot to manage when you have diabetes: blood sugar levels, diet, medicines and more. While every person is different, we all can benefit from learning more about managing our own health.

Our Diabetes Self-Management Education program, which is recognized by the American Diabetes Association, provides the support you need while you learn about managing your diabetes. Our program combines individual sessions and group classes led by a multidisciplinary team of diabetes educators.

  • What to do when blood sugar levels are too low or too high
  • Nutrition

Diabetes Class Schedules

Our diabetes education groups hold online classes from 10:00 am to noon on Mondays and from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesdays.
