A Group for Every Individual

Depending on your particular needs and goals, you may benefit from group therapy, either on its own or combined with individual therapy. Group therapy at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center offers the benefit of peer-to-peer support in a safe, provider-led environment. Participants hear each other’s stories, learn from each other’s successes and provide support to one another for coping.
