Brain Tumor Clinic

Lahey's Brain Tumor Clinic is based on a multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation and treatment of patients with benign and malignant brain tumors. Brain Tumor Clinic patients are cared for by a neurosurgeon, neuro-oncologist, radiation oncologist, nurse practitioner and a social worker. Familial Cancer Risk Assessment Center

The Familial Cancer Risk Assessment Center at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center was created to provide comprehensive risk assessment and management recommendations to individuals with significant personal and/or family histories of cancer. It is estimated that one out of every three Americans will develop cancer sometime during their lifetime.

Palliative Care

The goals of the Palliative Care Service are to create greater patient and family satisfaction, improve the quality of care, and to decrease length of hospitalization for patients with an advanced illness. The service is proactive in identifying each patient's unique needs, and goals are set accordingly.

Pathology & Laboratory Medicine

The Division of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine provides full anatomic and clinical laboratory services and is accredited by the College of American Pathologists. Our board-certified pathologists provide diagnostic and consultative services for the clinical divisions.
