Support Groups
PLEASE NOTE: Some support groups are currently suspended due to COVID-19.
Support groups can help patients and families cope with diagnosis and treatment. They provide a safe space to discuss your concerns. By bringing together people with similar health problems, support groups offer an easy way for everyone to share information and to learn from each other.
At Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, we offer a variety of support groups for patients and families, including a group for patients coping with a cancer diagnosis and one for families of Alzheimer's patients. We also have groups for patients battling breast cancer, blood cancer, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), general cancer, melanoma, MS (multiple sclerosis) and urologic prostate diseases.
