Telemedicine-assisted Personalized (TAP) Prehabilitation Program for Patients with Decompensated Cirrhosis

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a personalized program of dietary supplementation and exercise adjusted for your abilities will result in better transplant outcomes compared to patients who receive standard of care.
