About Our Program

A Multidisciplinary Approach

We take a multidisciplinary approach where healthcare professionals from all relevant specialties work together and meet weekly to determine the best treatment plan for our patients and ensure:

Timely and Easy Appointment Access

We know how important it is to get in to see a physician on time and it is our goal to start treatment for you as soon as possible. We have a dedicated triage and scheduling team to prioritize our liver tumor patient's appointment and facilitate easy patient access.

We offer referring physician a quick and easy access to initiate their referral via Beth Israel Lahey Health Link.

Post-Visit Support

We understand it can be difficult to navigate through the health system. We have dedicated liver tumor support staff including two nurse navigators (RN), one transplant nurse navigator and a liver physician assistant PA’s who are on standby to address any concern in a timely fashion during any phase of care.

The RN navigators and PA review patients’ plans on a scheduled basis with the treating physicians to ensure the treatment is progressing as planned.
