Our Breast Health Center is one of only five in Massachusetts to be awarded a full, three-year accreditation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). NAPBC accreditation recognizes our commitment to providing quality care and being a leader in delivering breast health services. We offer a complete array of breast screening and diagnostic tests. These include:
Your specific condition will guide treatment decisions. Often, no treatment is needed for benign conditions. But doctors may monitor you to watch for any changes. In some cases, they may recommend draining fluid or surgically removing breast tissue. Our highly skilled surgeons have extensive experience with all types of breast surgery. Antibiotics may be helpful for certain conditions, such as mastitis or duct ectasia.
