Introduction

Horny goat weed is an herb that grows in China. The leaves have been used to ease fatigue and increase sex drive. It can be taken as a pill, powder, or extract. It can also be made into a tea.

Dosages

There are no advised doses for horny goat weed.

Safety Notes

It may be safe for most adults to take horny goat weed for a short time. Not enough studies have been done to say whether it is safe to for take a long period or by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. B1-B3
