Watermelon balls 36
Bamboo skewers
Watermelon juice (see recipe below) 3 cups
Grapefruit juice 2 cups
Orange juice 1 cup
Granulated sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Thread watermelon balls on skewers and freeze.
  • To make the watermelon juice, process chunks of seeded watermelon in a blender or food processor until liquefied.
  • In pitcher, blend watermelon juice, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  • Chill thoroughly.
  • Place frozen watermelon balls on skewer in each glass; fill with watermelon mixture.
