Sugar ¾ cup
Egg substitute ½ cup
Butter, softened 1/3 cup
Fat free milk 1/3 cup
Bread, cubed 10 slices
Crushed pineapple, undrained 2 cans (20 ounces)
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Raisins ½ cup
  • Mix all ingredients together, except bread and raisins.
  • Fold in bread gently.
  • Pour into 2 -quart unbuttered casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 1 hour. Top with raisins and serve.
