Pitted black olives, coarsely chopped ¼ cup
Firm feta cheese, diced 4 ounces
Croutons ¼ cup
Greek salad dressing ¼ cup
  • Arrange the lettuce on or two plates. Divide and arrange the tomato, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and croutons in piles on top of the lettuce.
