Breadcrumbs ½ cup
Pecans, finely chopped ½ cup
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 2
Butter, melted 1 tablespoon
Cooking spray
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and pecans on a large plate and set aside. Brush both sides of the chicken with the melted butter, then coat the chicken in the pecan mixture.
