Chicken breast tenders ½ pound
Canola oil 2 teaspoons
Barbecue sauce ¼ cup
  • Prepare indoor or outdoor grill.
  • In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Place chicken tenders on a plate and coat with 2 teaspoons canola oil. Then rub with spice mixture.
  • Grill chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve with barbecue sauce.
